When we are involved in the marketing or sale of a solvent or distressed business, we advertise the opportunity to potential buyers. Parties that are interested are then sent a non-disclosure agreement to allow us to send them further relevant and confidential information about the sale.
Signing up to the BPI Data Room means you’ll be able to quickly access and sign the non-disclosure agreement for the opportunities you are interested to receive this information. You’ll also be able to register to be notified about future business sales we are dealing with as they go live.
When you sign up, under ‘marketing’ please just select the industries you are interested in and tick your contact preferences. You will then be notified about the opportunities you want to hear about, in the way you want to hear about them. You can change this at any time by amending your marketing preferences.
Once you have signed up and have access to view the live opportunities, click on the particular business sale you are interested in. The BPI Data Room will then present you with the non-disclosure agreement which you can sign digitally online. No printing, no scanning, no posting required.
